Needs Assessment
I will get back to you ASAP with my availability, and review your needs for our appointment together. I will review my fee schedule and send you payment information. There will be no surprises on appointment fees!
Appointment confirmation
Your appointment will be confirmed upon payment. You will also receive a receipt with my billing number, suitable for submission to your insurance company.
